The J8 VIP Rewards Singapore program uses two separate measurements: lifetime deposit determines the member's VIP tier, while the monthly deposit requirement determines whether weekly and monthly VIP rewards are active during the current month.
Once a member reaches a VIP tier, failing to meet the following month's maintenance requirement does not downgrade the VIP tier. The member keeps the achieved VIP level, but the weekly and monthly reward entitlement remains inactive for any month in which the required deposit target is not reached.

VIP progression is based on the member's accumulated lifetime deposit total. Reaching SGD100 starts the Bronze tier, while higher accumulated deposit levels move the account through Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
Because the tier is based on lifetime progress, the account does not fall back to a lower VIP level simply because a later month has less deposit activity. Instead, that month's recurring rewards remain inactive until the required monthly deposit target has been reached.

Weekly reward amounts increase by VIP tier, starting from SGD2 for Bronze and reaching SGD250 for Diamond.
The monthly VIP reward follows a similar claim structure. Once the member is eligible for the current month, the reward is automatically activated through the Angpao system on the 1st of the month. The member can then claim it from the J8 Promotion page.
The monthly reward must be claimed within the same month. If it is not claimed during that monthly reward period, the member should not assume that the old reward will carry forward into a later month.
Monthly rewards increase from SGD10 at Bronze to SGD1,000 at Diamond, subject to the VIP tier and the monthly activation requirement.
Both weekly and monthly VIP rewards require x9 turnover before withdrawal.
The maximum withdrawal attached to a claimed VIP reward is SGD333.
After the reward conditions are completed, eligible winnings can proceed through the J8 real-money withdrawal flow.

When a later month reaches the Gold activation requirement again, Gold weekly and monthly rewards can become active for that month.
